Our equipment
Bom-Be’s equipment consists of:
- detectors: analogue and computer-aided, active and passive, single and multisensor
- ground penetrating radar (GPR)
- cable trackers: with radio detection
- quads and hovercraft
- secure (armoured) backhoes
- explotainers
We use last generation equipment and technology, allowing for an analytical level that was inconceivable until recently. For example, passive detection is a strong card for UXO detection: metal objects at a considerable depth can be localised and approached from the soil surface. The technique in itself is not very novel, but the interpretation software evolves constantly, enabling us to map out the detection results in an ever faster, more selective and more accurate way.
